Rights you may exercise
- Right to access — request a summary of personal data being processed and the processing activities
- Right to correction and erasure — request correction of inaccurate data or erasure where applicable
- Right to withdraw consent — withdraw consent for processing that is based on consent
- Right of grievance redressal — raise a complaint with the hospital’s grievance contact
- Right to nominate — nominate another individual to exercise rights in the event of death or incapacity, where applicable
Response timelines
For portal-related requests, Todkar Hospital - Peth is configured with a withdrawal / response SLA of 7 days. Clinical or legal retention rules may affect erasure in some cases.
